MEET YOUR GUIDE
Hi, I’m Prachi.
Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Lactation Consultant, helping mothers feel stronger and more confident from pregnancy through postpartum.
My Story and Mission
For around 20 years I’ve worked with women at the most physically demanding time of their lives: pregnancy, birth and the months that follow. In that time I’ve helped hundreds of mothers through back pain, pelvic pressure, nipple damage and falling milk supply.
Again and again, I saw the same thing. Mothers were told their pain was “just part of it”, or sent home from hospital after a few minutes of feeding help. Then they were left to work it out alone, often late at night, searching online for answers that didn’t fit their situation.
Most of these problems have clear causes and clear solutions. They just need the right guidance at the right time.
So I created Pregnancy to Postpartum Roadmap, and every guide puts my clinical knowledge directly in your hands. Not with guesswork, but with the same protocols I use in practice: one problem, one clear plan, written so you can follow it at home.
“My mission is simple: you should never be Googling a symptom alone at 2am again.”
