All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any digital product purchased through this website, for any reason, once the purchase is complete and the file has been made available to you.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Our products are digital guides delivered instantly upon purchase — once a file is downloaded, it cannot be “returned” the way a physical product can. Every paid tier also builds on a free page or PDF already available on the site, so you can review the core content and our approach before you decide to buy the pdf for ₹99, ₹249, or Program-tier version.
Technical Issues
If you paid successfully but did not receive your file, or the download link doesn’t work, contact us and we will resend it at no additional cost. This is a delivery fix, not a refund — our no-refund policy above still applies once the product has been successfully delivered.
Before You Buy

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us directly first so we can look into it — most issues can be resolved faster this way than through a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product does not override this policy, and we reserve the right to contest disputes for products that were delivered as described.
